I did at the beginning of quarantine. It made me feel like shit. What helped was to not stress about it and not judge myself for doing it and just let it happen and sleep when I felt like it. Eventually, I ended up finding the motivation and started thinking of things I’d want to do throughout the day instead of sleep. Fighting the feeling or judging yourself only makes the whole thing worse and unbearable. Sending love to you!
I’m sleeping a ton and notice my body is changing. No more dark circles. Better skin. I feel like I am compensating for exhaustion.
I’m struggling to get up at a reasonable hour each morning. And then when I do I waste hours watching the news drinking coffee etc. Finding it very difficult to get motivated do anything productive.
Rising Star
I have started scheduling early morning calls. At 8:30. This forces me to get up, shower, and get ready for the day.
I would do this but would most likely miss the calls. Cannot function before 930
