Is it “professional”? Absolutely not. Now “can you wear it to work”? Then maybe yes :) Really depends on your client. That your office allows this doesn’t make it professional. For instance, we wear jeans to our Deloitte office especially when we do not have client meetings. But doesn’t make jeans professional
this is a great take! thanks
To me, these are not business formal. They are likely appropriate in most business casual environments. My own career requires full coverage shoes but I know lots of people who could easily wear these to the office in different industries (even within consulting).
I wear the madewell version of this heels to work sometimes, nobody ever said anything to me, but I’m also the only female, so no men had said anything about my outfit ever, I think they are scared of me
Yea! D5- gilt is pretty good about smaller sizes on sale too for nicer brands!
Yes
Appreciate the conciseness!
J. Crew...get it while you can....
Haha fair question- I found these on ThredUp!

Depends on your office dress code. I have similar pairs and wear to my office and client no problem.
Eeekkk! They look like great aunt Gertrude’s shoes.
Lol. I’m sure they’re not the style for everyone, but I have a similar mule type pair with open toes, so figured these would be cute too!
Please exfoliate heels before wearing!
I'd consider this a more casual look so i guess it depends on the office culture.
Depends on your client!
Think it’s fine. Kind of looks like a flip flop, but workplaces are pretty relaxed these days

Unprofessional in consulting IMO
Do you own jcrew heels already? Historically the company’s shoes have been pretty terrible quality/comfort for their price point.
Source: I used to work there and it was well known among the sales associates and managers.
I got a super comfortable pair from Soludos with a slightly lower heel
I’m in Deloitte Digital and the unofficial dress code is jeans and blazers so these would be perfectly fine at my clients.

Girl, no. Do you.

Honestly depends on how u wear it i have some and only wear them with pants so u cant see anyway.. but yea def depends on your client
Fine for day in home office, not fine at client site. Only time I’ve seen a teammate wear one was at our home office and she was also partners daughter.
These are hands down the comfiest shoes I own and I have them in beige holy crap I hope they’re not sold out I want them so bad get them omg
Can you please send me the link I need them
I think they’re fine for relaxed business casual environments! Just not a very formal client but generally fine- I agree with above about toes showing much worse than heels
I usually won’t wear shoes without a back to client
