Hi Fishes,
I have 7.3 YOE and my Tech Stark is SAP UI5/ Fiori Developer.
I currently have 2 offers in hand, one from Sopra Steria, Technical Lead 2B - CTC 18.6 LPA which is completely fixed and the other offer is from Capgemini, Manager C2- CTC 18 LPA(Variable 10%) and joining bonus 50k.
Please help me by suggesting which one I can go forward with.

Looking for any reviews/suggestions regarding Pubmatic. Most important is the tech stack and learning aspects.
Big data technologies(Scala-Spark etc) and Java.
Also in discussion with Impetus and Autodesk (via third party i.e. Applicantz).
CTC is not a concern right now as what they are offering is enough for me right now.
Any suggestions would be helpful

Count those and tell that Fixed TC including retirals is xx LPA.
Few count it and few dont. Make sure you are clearly mentioning it. I dont think gratuity is counted. If you are giving your number, dont include PF and just mention your base+bonus. If HR is giving their number, ask them for breakup.

You can quote that amount which is there in your revised compensation letter(in case you have received any hike) or offer letter.
