Capgemini surely
better opt for manager role, Capgemini
Go for a manager role at Capgemini! You’ll see better growth in the management track there.
Why managerial role? Be technical as long as you can. Won't the Managerial role make career stagnant that too in a service based company??
Better keep giving more interviews.
True...yeah looking for other opportunities too...but in many of the other posts, Fishes mentioned that the Manager role in Capgemini is due to the CTC band...there will be Technical as well as management work...I hope someone can correct me here..
Believe me, no matter what people say, if you are good at technology and have a sound experience in executing/delivering projects ,have good domain knowledge then use that talent to aspire for architect roles. If you still want to go for managerial roles choice is yours. But manegerial role at 7 yoe?? Really? There's something fishy about it. So if that is the trend then there will be a lot of people with around 7 years of experience in that company and that means so much political hustle. I am not sure how and why people suggested it's good for growth. We are talking about a service based company that has tons of employees. Being technical gives you the ability to excel with your hardwork. But in managerial roles it involves too much politics.
Try opting senior consultant role which suits best as per your CTC, continue being a technical person and you’ll get good hike during promotion
++ Help me choose the best one considering WLB & better career growth for my future.
Completed 5 years in Accenture.
Don't go for Sopra steria, My friend has very bad experience with them.
