I am not going for concurrent filing since my wife will come here after 4-5 months. I am wondering if there will be any cooling period because of my wife’s late arrival to the states for filing i485 or we can file as soon as she is here. Contd.

I lead a pretty good size team. One of the managers that I have under me, manages a team of 6 writers. This manager literally bites his nails/nail beds every day. Like to the point where they bleed.
