Are there any people here that do solely remote working?
Sometimes the end of the day comes around and I realise I haven’t spoken a single word to anyone all day 🤣 I feel like I can go a bit crazy sometimes. Any tips on avoiding the crazy? :D

I usually do the gym before work and then a walk at lunch, and whilst it definitely helps, I still don't actually speak to people when doing that! I feel like its just one of those things I have to learn to get used to

I’ve been looking at volunteering, the gym, festivals. And I’ve been also intentional on trying to build outside work relationships. Just getting out of the house for a walk helps.

Hello fishes,
Does anybody know how much it takes to receive Revised Offer letter from Mindtree ?
I had a discussion with the recruiter on 6th May and he agreed to send the revised offer letter, but I am still awaiting it. The recruiter is not receiving my calls, not replying to my sms and emails as well.
Not sure what to do in this scenario.

After two tech round received email for documents. HR said that she will discuss regarding my expected offer with the team after receiving documents from my side which I sent yesterday.
Today evening I got technical interview assigned mail with meeting invitation for today afternoon itself. It is very confusing to me.

Guys , whoever is interviewing and planning to join , do ask project availablity on priority basis before you take decision. On Java front looks like there is some project issue due to recent slowdown in market. My offer was not revised even after agreement with recruiter because of this.
