Are there any pharma companies that allow remote work for positions in commercial / business insights (that involve primary/ secondary market research plus a dash of clinical understanding) kind of roles at senior manager/ associate director level? I am looking to move from remote job oncology consulting to pharma but most roles are on site and it is hard for me relocate.

Don't get me wrong, I appreciate so much and feel very lucky to have a job BUT I am losing all the energy and excitement regardles of the project. Every day I struggle with going back to this consulting work. I just don't have the energy to focus (this is not the case for other things and side hustles). I manage to keep it down and deliver but I fear it's a matter of time until I fail. Trying to find an exit/job but had 1 interview in 3 months. I feel trapped and guilty for feeling this.

Just got offered a job at a small biotech in London (UK). ~£45k plus bonus but only 1YR FTC and no equity.

I just finished my PhD at a very good uni with 3 years technician experience before that. BSc and MSc also at very good unis with good grades.

I think this offer is well below par, but curious to hear what you guys think/if you have any comparisons?
