Any advice for a couple where one person runs really warm and the other has a cooler body temperature - how do you manage this while sleeping? I feel my body produces a lot of heat. My partner and I love to hold each other at night but post an argument yesterday, he pulled away and told me my body is too hot. I feel I’ll worry about this each time we cuddle now and it will ruin the quality of that experience for me. Would love other perspectives on how to think about this.

I am inquiring about a patient account coordinators salary. It seems I am asking way above average salary due to current position and experience I bring as well as education. Can someone give a number for this position and suggestions for negotiating pay to make what I’m worth.

I find myself questioning basic politeness I’ve learned since a child. Wondering what everyone else thinks. I work with an associate. She’s great. When she does good work or something I’ve asked her to do, I, of course, say “thank you!” I don’t really expect a response. She always replies “you’re welcome!” Or some variation. And for some reason, that’s awkward. Is it just me? I know in normal manners, that is the right response. Why does it sit funny?

Had a miscarriage.. it’s my 1st baby and we didn’t find out until 12 weeks (via ultrasound) that the baby passed away at 9 weeks and had to get a dnc. My body is still recovering.. This is my first job in a large corporate company, and I’m trying to gauge how long it normally takes to move from entry level to another internal position in the insurance industry. I have been applying internally for a year now and I am wondering if this is normal or if my company is just slow? I am a top performer, with great metrics, and I have some wonderful connections I’ve made who support me. I just can’t seem to move up. How long did it take you to move up? How many tries did it take?

My LWD is 2nd July 2022 and I got offer letter from TCS in March. Can anyone let me know when will I get the joining letter from TCS?
