Received an offer today from Twilio for a L3 program manager (non tech) for 125 base, 60k equity, and a 15k sign on (essentially 140k TC). I currently make more than this and have offers higher than this on the table. Anyone have insight on how much I can counter?

125k all-in, am I getting short changed? First year cyber manager here, partners and SM see me as a top performing manager.
