How long it take for L1 round in Capgemini.
Hi Fishes, Sometime back I was interviewed for Technical Support Job role in my domain. T1 went well. T2, in my understanding was better only (not great like T1 but not blunder. I felt it was nice and i replied majority of questions). They released the feedback after 10 days with "Not Positive". I am not totally sure with feedback as I replied majority of questions correct. I am being bit curious with "Microsoft" tag. What can be the reason?

PwC 🐠, I interviewed with the firm about 6 months ago for a Senior Associate position on the forensics team. I wasn’t extended an offer because the position was given to an internal transfer, at least what I was told. I tried reaching out to the recruiter I worked with last time but the email bounced back and wouldn’t be delivered. I was hoping to see / reapply if the group still was looking for seniors.
In your opinion, would it be best to reapply as a cold application?

If I need to hire people for lots of roles, yes.
If I need to get a sense of who they are for a specific, high visibility role, no.
For efficiency? Yes, virtual saves us all time and money
For a fully remote role? Yes, because it’s reflective of the actual job
For a hybrid or in-person job? No, because you can’t judge how someone will behave in an environment unless you see them in that environment.
