I take 50 mg in tablet form each morning in lieu of coffee, and I realized that on the mornings I don't, I feel very nauseous
EY1 tell me more about nootropics. Which ones do you take? How have you found them?
Nootropicdepot.com I'm still running through trying several, my only advice is everyone is different try a few and find yours. Keep in mind though these are compounds that pass the blood brain barrier, not to be taken lightly. Less is more when you pick one, I can more accurately tell you what not to do... Don't use Adrafinil and drink, can drop your BP by up to 40% makes for fun ET visit. Huperzine-A is a good one as is Noopet to start off with. My big stay away from Nootrop is Phenibut, highly addictive and crash/withdraw is harsher than caffeine.
Try new ones on the weekend... You don't want to be in office shivering and sweating over one that your body doesn't like.

Wondering if I should bother weaning myself off (even though it's not a ton) or just continue the daily streak to avoid withdrawal
I try not to have coffee in the weekends and on vacation
But sometimes get headaches if I go without for 3 days straight. Then I succumb!
I go to gym a lot so my daily caffeine intake is around 500mg. I've start to use nootropics now though, less jitters and stronger. Some are about the same as dropping an Adderall.
@KPMG1 would be concerned if I drank on the regular and didn't down 1 gallon of distilled a day. My kidney and liver values are on point per bloodwork, not your average amateur. Comp/stage status and lifestyle

Yes and sugar as well. Headaches and anxiety
I never drink caffeine more than 2 days in a row without a break. I never get hooked and so it always gives me a boost when I need it.
