Hi need suggestions, i just joined HCL technologies noida , as a tech lead, its been 2 months only , and my reporting is to group tech manager, and he's giving me hard time to settle in and understand the project. Feeling like being pressurized to do things fast.
What should i do, i am very confused, when i start liking the project he again made some sarcastic comments and pressures me , even i am utilizing my weekends to unterstand it faster.

Recently joined.. How to know who is our HR..whom to take concerns with..like need to switch project..etc..

Salaries have really been spiking. I am curious what the salary for a Principal/ Junior Partners would be in a mid-sized accounting firm now. In January I was approached for $200K for a senior manager role. Now a head hunter has approached me with $225K.

Situation: got an offer from firm X; highly likely to get a better offer from firm Y but official offer would take a couple of more weeks in best case scenario. However, firm X’s offer validity about to run out. Would you: (1) accept X’s offer now but rescind later if Y converts (2) ask X for additional time to decide (they’re “prestigious” and may not offer additional time...) (3) Play straight, decline X and hope Y converts (4) any other creative ideas ...???

i have joined accenture in sep 2021 , and i am in a development project in .net technology. But since i was from non cs/it background i am facing lot of difficulty in coding and more over there is only me who is given complete .net work , there is no team for .net in our project, i am the only one and now i am not finding interest in coding and also everyday i am under pressure .
