Hi guys, right now am having 3 years 10 months exp and having package 6 lpa, I had a call from tcs they will hire me on contract basis 6.5 lpa for temporary and will confirm based on my performance cause I have gap in academic should I go for the offer or to search for a better company with better offer, kindly help me I need to get at least 12+ lpa.
