I was interviewed for a major tech player in the hospitality industry, had 2 interviews which for the first one the recruiter was late, and didn't confirm the interview while I emaild her to make sure I do have an interview. One strategy that came up was having the applicant do 90 minutes of cold calling into real prospects with the hiring manager coaching.
