As a digital marketer, I applied to over 200 jobs, aced Google, Facebook, and TikTok Ads questions, and had an advanced resume and updated portfolio. Yet, I wasn’t selected and got no feedback from HR. With 4+ years of experience and hostel rent worries, it was stressful. I didn’t give up, stayed consistent, and finally got hired by Udealzone. This taught me that rejection isn’t failure — it’s just redirection.

Currently going through some negations on an internal role. I’m currently at 88k and they offered me 100k for a position that requires a lot more work. Do you guys think it’s easier to land a higher salary when applying externally rather than internally? Also this is for a territory sales management role. They stated 120k+ is extremely high for that role. What do you guys think? Playing the game?
