As I see many FIS posts where vendor conversation is taking place in FIS Global. So wanted to understand are the permanent employees of FIS getting converted to vendors CTS & Zensar?

As I never heard much about this type of practice where permanent employees forcefully getting converted to vendors. If it would have been contractual FIS employees then I can understand but with permanent employees really? And is this news true?
