As non profit leaders, how do you recruit professionals to volunteer with your work? I have a regular pool of volunteers I am very thankful for but would love to learn how to recruit new ones. I've tried educational opportunities, happy hours, writing emails, and social media but have gotten no bites in over 5 months. In Colorado if that helps/matters!

I've a question on what sections to put on a regular resume. I see some people are using consulting style resume for outside companies as well. Do you think it's a good idea to devide work experience by projets? Or is it better to have "projects highlights" separate from work experience.. something like: intro>functional expertise> project highlights>work experience>education?
