When work starts affecting your health, sleep, and personal life regularly, it is time to seriously reassess. No role is worth long term burnout, and sustainable teams should not rely on constant all nighters.
If you are pulling all-nighters for your job, I would say it is time to look for something else. Work-life balance is really important for your mental health. Things are only going to get worse if you don't get out of there.
I think once in awhile is okay but when its almost everytime its used as a crutch, it'll be a problem. When it starts to feel like donation to a for profit cause but not reward.
