Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

EY recruiting is such a mess. Applied and did a pre-recorded video interview, heard nothing for like 3 weeks. Then I get a random call saying they liked me and would I be available to attend an interview the following day. I say yes but never receive an email or additional details. Call back the number and it goes to voicemail. The following week I get a rejection email. Just so frustrating EY

It’s going to come up on a background. Better to get in front of it. I’d say put it on, have a rehearsed explanation both showing growth and giving a positive reason.
IE. Can you tell me what happened there?
Yes, I was hired into a role. A bit of the expectations and onboarding process described in the interview process, did not match the day to day of the position. They ultimately determined that the new graduate they were looking for was not the need of the role, and they needed someone with a few more years experience in XYZ. If I was speculative, it could be due to budget vs skill set divide for the need. Anyway it was a good learning experience, and I know what I am looking for moving forward which is XYZ.
-Let me know if this helps.
How long was he in the position?
I wouldn't even put it on the resume tbh.
I say no. There are several positions I left off my resume. The background on confirms what information you give them. I have several copies of the background reports from job offers. It was only 3 months…
3 months of experience? That's too short. Just don't put it in your resume.
