Any ideas on the pay range for the US Regional Meetings Lead Amgen? I’ve been agency based for quite a long time. I have worked with Amgen previously, currently serving another pharma, but looking to make the leap to the client side. Trying to see if the pay would be worth it at this juncture.

It was illness. I was 29 years old when I suffered pretty serious complications from covid. It damaged my heart and caused a stroke. Nothing makes you reassess your life quite like being grateful to still have one. I spend a lot more time with friends and family now, and way less time worried about my savings or career growth.
It wasn’t net worth or age for me. It was being laid off after being at the bank for 1.5 years. I had paid all my student loans off, saved up an emergency fund, and taken trips during my severance period. Ended up getting a new job with a pay raise right after severance period ended. At my new job, I only do what’s required of me, I try not to go above and beyond because last time I did that, it kind of went unnoticed and I got laid off. I feel comfortable knowing that promotion and pay raise will come in due time so I don’t need to exert myself. Plus now that the worst has happened (lay off for me), I stopped worrying unnecessarily and if it happens again, I won’t be affected as much emotionally or financially.
Now years old
After realizing the toll it’s taken on my health and day to day quality time away from loved ones.

Seeing that they replaced my role with 10 people to do the work I was doing. That was 10 years ago and I’m just now thinking that I can girl boss again (with streetsmarts now).
