Do we get a timely exit in PwC SDC in 15 days during probation period? or does it depend or our manager?

note - I’m yet to join the company, just want to know if it’s a smooth exit or they can keep us as long as they want?

I work for a mortgage company and I service many commercial mortgages that are unique in structure which makes servicing more challenging. Since we are a smaller company we have to come up with solutions or work harder get things done. I would say I do some managerial work now and train new staff. 2 yrs exp post MBA and 2 yrs before that as an engineer (non IT/CS)
