I was supportive of Lori when this virus first started but her actions since have dwindled my support of her. I don’t expect her to make every decision correct nor do we have to agree with all of them. I believe she should be correct around 75 percent of the time but I believe she is in the 50 percent range. I recived mail from Deloitte USI HR requesting my last 3 months pay slips and filled CTC data sheet and Aadhar, PAN. Does this mean i got through or selected ? I didn't recieve any formal communication whether i am selected or not.

After getting released from my project I joined new project desperately. In interview client as well as D project manager mentioned all the technologies I have previously worked on will be there.
But now after getting whole project idea I think they have lied to me and this is very old legacy system support project.
How should I ask for release without impacting my career.

A report opened to me that they are having money problems and wants a raise. We are remote and they moved to a high CoL city. We gave an increase to help with retention 6mths ago. In my response, I helped mentor with best practices on how to ask for a raise professionally since I need to make a case to my Head on finances. But their performance has been avg and not seemingly worthy of another large raise within a short period of time. But how do I respond when they talk about personal finances?

I have been a PM at my company for 2 years now, with a years prior experience as associate PM. I got promoted before my certification, but was told if I did not get a PMP or ACP I would get my promotion taken away.
Received the ACP and have not seen a raise. Now we have a girl that is getting a 15k raise and going straight from Project coordinator to PM (with one year experience) and no certification. She will now be 5k less than me. If she gets CaPM she gets a 5k raise. Wong to feel slighted?
