You should not have informed TCS HR about your situation.
Infy TCS and other WITCH companies HR are very bad in these kind of negotiations.
But yes for now securing a job is more important if you don't have any other offer in pipeline or not getting interview calls.
Better send a mail for your resignation.

Yes. I finally rejected and took risk. Why should I go for lesser pay and more expenses- 5 days office. Not saying out of ego, but better I be unemployed for sometime and learn something else(right now idk what) . I can't keep changing jobs every year, it's difficult for me.

I was genuinely surprised to observe a considerable number of individuals in the resource pool area. There appears to be an underlying issue, although I am uncertain about the management's intentions. Significant acquisitions are occurring consecutively; however, layoffs persist simultaneously. These layoffs are not mass layoffs, which prevents them from attracting widespread attention. I will refrain from discussing my BU for privacy reasons, but it is in such a stagnant state that senior management lacks the budget for essential resources for junior staff.
Did you get interviews calls for coforge clients while being on the Bench?
And more importantly Have Coforge HR asked you for resignation as you have been on bench for more than 2 months?
Did you get job in coforge or outside?
