Hey fishes, how is the project allotment done in coforge.. It's been a month since I have joined still no tasks allocated not even induction is it a common in coforge?

On the bench and anxious! Does everyone have a project lined up immediately after a project ends even if that project weren't the top choice?

Don't you guys get frustrated when we get emails from leadership saying how well our project/firm is doing, but all we get as reward is their useless thank you email
