Happy with career progression, always getting juicier assignments, work directly with ECDs/CCOs... am I missing something crucial? Is my case an anomaly? Hi all! I am on the hunt for a new nonprofit fundraising/development manager position in DC (or remote). Might anyone have a strong lead or an organization they would recommend? I’m about to whistleblow on my non-profit organizations’s bad ethics, potential mismanagement of funds for personal/family gain, disregard for health/safety concerns, and their retaliation against employees for bringing up those concerns.
