Hi Guys,
I have been assigned to a Unbillable Project, they are building one app and have recruited people from the talent pool. The project is not registered in GLOW. And they are calling it as Voluntary Contribution type project for studio. Is this what they call Internal Project in Globant?
Will there be any impact if I don't perform as per their expectations?
Will it be of any benefit to me if work in voluntary project? Will HR recognize this project contribution as valid work?

Deloitte in itself is sucha big organisation and its very difficult to comment here
it depends on project
my experience with Deloitte was bad as I used to have war rooms every now and then
but there are pods which are good and holds learning opportunities!
remember mostly you will have to work with many contractors or deloitte employees who are mostly located in Hyd or with globant employees i mean kind of mixure
the disadvantage is - Deloitte being a bi4 holds absolutely no value of "People"
for them they are resources and they will come and go .. they have lot of money so they have Body shopping kind of mentality (being mostly indian management at the top)
this is at a very high level when you work with big4s
one more important thing
they always treat you as "VENDOR"
and will discriminate with their own employees while taking decisions about the project !
you can join but you also have to treat them equally with the mind set that if you behave rude or do not care of my work life balance I will have to say good bye to you 😀😀
Problem with my current project in Cognizant is that, its very un organized. There no process followed.
BAs are not doing their work properly . Developers spend most of time figuring out what is the business requirement
then you will not have any issues in deloitte they are very professional and matured in the processes
mostly they follow SAFE
