Hi there. Myself and a photographer are joining forces to build a creative “agency”. We’re having some trouble figuring out how to give pricing and packages in a way that helps clients understand what they’re getting on design/photography side and how we came to our estimate. We don’t want to give much leeway for them to pick and choose what tasks or functions we can “do without” if there is a need to negotiate but also want to remain transparent about the breakdown of cost. So I used to work for a company where my job was good, was a director of business solutions for a fashion brand. Only issue was that the CFO micromanaged and ended up leaving. My background is digital transformation however I took an infrastructure position to rebuild a provincial healthcare system. I always lacked the hardware side and thought this was a good move but I feel like I’m losing my digital skills and don’t enjoy the work. I’m in it for 7 months now.

I have observed that people on testing domain or frontend are getting better pay than other new tech domains like blockchain, cyber security, data sci etc(4-11yr exp) .
For less than 4 years experience new tech job gettig good pay but others getting very less.

In dev job Java, spring r etc getting better pay. Also some SAP consultant are also get paid high.
Is exp people in testing/frontend dev are less due to which they getting better pay than others with experience.
