I started working as a real state agent and after 2 weeks, I got my first house to sell. When I get there to take the pictures it was a HUGE mess. Rotten food in the dishwasher, toys thrown all over the place, walls totally scratched... I thought people would clean their houses properly to make them more attractive.

Corporate is absolutely crushing my soul and I can't take it anymore.

Tips to get in on some distress sells? Do realtors work with you on that stuff? Things like - Great property, but owner needs cash asap, so they're willing to sell for low.
