Bit of drama in the office today….we share our building with 2 other companies but we all have our own office rooms, but we share toilets & a kitchen and the reception area. We don’t really bump into each other but the drama was leaving mess in the kitchen and not clearing up after yourselves. Rubbish dumped at the side of bins as no one thought to empty. Just plain lazy stuff, and constant reoccurring. I always clean up after myself, why can’t others. Does anyone else share an office building?

Current CTC - 5 6 LAC

My question is how many days does it takes to release offer letter ?
Is the salary offered good or should I try for more negotiation ?
