If you’re working at a senior level but without the title, when you go freelance can you say you’re a freelance senior copywriter? I’ve had conflicting feelings about this, always looked down on it but now that I might want to go for it I feel a little differently.

I find myself in workshops and meetings, groups of 15-20 people, and I’m always the only woman. In my entire department, there are no other women. I’m getting to the point where I’m feeling defeated and burnt out. I’ve been working in male-dominated environments my entire career (over 10 years) and I’m losing motivation.
