Burnout doesn’t always wait for bad jobs or brutal hours, it can creep in even when the setup looks good on paper. A fair schedule, decent pay, supportive coworkers.... e.t.c and still the stress piles up from changes, personal upheaval, or just the weight of carrying it all for too long. It is confusing when the “best job yet/ great work-life” still leaves you drained.
What do you folks think? Have you been in a similar situation, and if so, how did it work out?

How have you combated your fear of rejection? I fixate on such small things as when my friends, for example, reject plans I have made. This definitely makes me more averse to putting myself out there and makes me ruminate on past perceived failures, which are clearly not good for personal growth

Is Federal/Public Sector consulting fulfilling work? I'm at a tier 2 consulting firm right now focused on retail clients, and I just feel like there is zero point to this work. Its all about increasing sales of a product that people could easily live without. As an Associate, I just move boxes around on PPT slides all day. I have raw sales data on one tab, which includes a sales rep ID number. My second tab has that sales rep ID number in column 1 and the rep name in column 2. How can I get the rep name added to the correct line items in the raw data?
