Need info on SAP Job titles/levels at Microsoft, Out of Desperation during Covid I joined Deloitte as a Consultant (one level above an entry level Analyst) with 5 YOE. Microsoft is offering me a position of Software Engineer. SAP program management background, certified in MM module but it’s been years. Is it worth to stay in SAP or I should just pursue PGM position in industry, SAP or not?

MY YoE is 3 and in my current organization im in role of System Administrator. I am being offered Associate Solution Advisor role in Deloitte USI.
How should i look at this role? Am I being given same role or lesser role or higher?
