Culture is good as all are new. Currently we are having 4 days office & need to stay for atleast 4hr. Most of the calls are happening in evening. So, logoff by 3 and take rest to attain the evening calls. Health insurance is arround 10lkh including spouse, 2 child & depend parrents. Also you can add members as per your requirement by paying some extra premium.

I've a small doubt I just wanted to know this point so they are providing free food and cab right? Based on the below point or will I receive another email for Perks & benefits. In offer letter it isn't mentioned free food and cab service.

Am I understanding utilization rate correctly? It’s chargeable time over total time? Charged 40 hours and had 10 hours non-charge so my utilization is 80%? If so, wouldn’t it benefit me to understate non-charge hours so my utilization is higher since they only really care about chargeable time anyways? Charge 40 hours still but only put 5 hours non-charge for utilization to be 89% instead of 80%? Or am I misunderstanding how utilization works?
