Can anyone please tell me EY has rolled out my offer letter and now i have received another offer letter from another MNC will they match or entertain the counter offer for the same? what are the chances they will revise or any past experience for which they have done the same thing. Any reply or guidance would be appreciated.

My YOE is 5.5 and I got offer from capgimini of 14 lpa and the joining date is 19 sept..they are ready to give me 17 lpa if i join early on 5 sept...should i early join or wait for other interviews as currently having only one offer letter.
