I am currently working as Talend ETL Developer. Company which I am working currently doesn't have projects for this skillset. Need some suggestions. Which technology is good now in current market similar to the skills which I am having. So I will be upskilling me in that technology.

The leason learnt by some of high salary negotiatiors in one point of time is never always chasing high salary and stuck in toxic company and suffer.
Please also give priority to company brand and wlb

Hello all, I have received an offer from tiger Analytics for Data Scientist role. Kindly suggest if I should join the company in the recent events of layoffs and recession?

I will be relocating out of state from NY to FL in December. My current role does not allow flexibility to work remote and our offices in FL have no tech roles for transfer. How do you keep from getting discouraged while job hunting? I’ve had 3 final round interviews in the past month and gotten passed over each time. Their reasoning is always “we went in a different direction”. Each of the interview processes was 4-5 interviews so it’s a big time commitment and really gotten my hopes up each time.

I received an offer (28 Lakhs + 3.9 Lakhs incentive) from Novartis for Sr Project Manager yesterday. This was just 13.6% more than my current earnings as Project Manager. I've given the reasons why I deserve at least 30% to HR. In response to that, HR has sent 2nd offer i.e. 29 Lakhs + 4 Lakhs incentive + 50k sign-on bonus. The 2nd offer is just 18.2% higher than my current earnings. Need your suggestion, if I could still negotiate with HR to finalize deal by asking for 25% hike?
