Can I apply to other roles at Google while waiting for headcount? Passed HC and waiting on TM.

What is the best way to make sure your resume gets seen/gets into the right hands? I've been applying for remote positions and not been hearing anything back. I feel like because so many people are applying for these jobs, it's hard to make sure my resume gets into the right hands and gets seen. Anyone have any advice?

I see a lot of open roles - managers, senior strategists etc. I have a top 20 MBA and about 8 years of big 4 experience in consulting - would this be the right kind of role to get into? I had very positive feedback on my interviews for a S&O role but the team hired someone internally. If I interview again for a differenr role, would I have to do all the interviews again or can I use some of the scores from previous interviews.
