Is it worth it to go back to school for a better track to a FAANG company? Help me save the day: have a massive excel file (600k rows) with duplicate records (column a, b and c are duplicate, not a duplicate if a and b are the same though). How can I filter for just these records? If it didn’t crash excel I could concat into one column, Conditional format for duplicates, and sort by color. What’s a work around?

Just had a phone screen today for the Account Strategist role. The recruiter said that the target level is l3 or l4 (I have 5+ yoe in performance marketing). Should I push for l4? Additionally, how long does it usually take before I hear back from the recruiter. Thank you!

My wife and I are looking to buy a place but most the public schools in the South Bay are rated terribly. It’s good to note we don’t have kids yet but are trying to think longer term.
