Yes. This is not law advice bowl though.
Depends on jurisdiction, level of court (e.g., small claims vs Superior/district court vs Federal), type of case (civil vs criminal), and (most importantly) the specific jurisdiction's rules of evidence.
Generally, my initial questions would be - How do I Authenticate it? (authentication is a term of art and a process in of itself) How do I avoid a hearsay Obj? Are there any exceptions I can rely on to get out of the hearsay obj? Am I opening the door and exposing my client to far worse evidence?
(Bottom line - just because you have "evidence" does not mean it is admissible. Just because you have admissible evidence does not mean it is prudent to use it. If the case is worth more than you are willing to give away or suffer, call a lawyer in that practice in the subject area of your issue and in the geographical area where the case is/will be heard). understanding the parameters of US privacy law and how it pertains broadly is helpful information
