Can someone from Wells Fargo help with some clear insight into cross referencing 'P - Professional' career track levels with 'M - Management' career levels. I know one is IC track and the other is People manager track, however in terms of seniority (years of exp) and pay scales can someone provide appx mapping between the two. For example, is P5 = M4 = Executive Director or P5 = M3 = Senior Manager, so on and so forth. I will sincerely appreciate any insights in solving this puzzle, thanks.
