Can someone help me understand the contract market and how it would be to move as an FTE into a contract. Any pointers and experience is welcome.

I have tech strategy, data, cloud architecture and sde experience and generally searching for anything close to the data domain.

How does life compare, how roles and expectations would differ.

I know each contract would be difficult but any guidance would be much appreciated.

I started in my first SDR position in a small SaaS start up few months ago. I am the only SDR and their first ever.
The base salary is ok but I haven’t received any commission structure up to this day.
I book an average of 3-5 demos per week. People always show up, but the thing that worries me is that I do not have a way to track how many meetings I book in our CRM,and to be honest I feel like I didn’t get the best training overall. Should I start looking somewhere else? Thoughts?

I manage 2 physician practices and one is extremely toxic. To the point the dr sides with staff even when I am trying to make corrective actions when patient care is in jeopardy. My leadership is aware and knows I am keeping my distance from them. Just doing the necessary work to keep them producing. How do you handle this?
