🚫 Can't Access ZS Onboarding Portal – 403 Error Before Joining

I’m joining ZS this week and ran into an issue with the onboarding portal.

I’ve completed all steps and received the “Onboarding and Logistics” email a few days ago, but now I can’t log in. Tried using “Forgot Password” and got this error: 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.

Not sure if it's a tech glitch or access issue. Anyone else facing this or knows what to do?

What happens to remaining paid leaves and sick leaves after year end, that is 31st Dec. Do they lapse or get added to next year's leaves or is it compensated?

I have been selected into ZS for the BTAC role under CCM(Customer-Centric Marketing). My YOE is 3.8 in Cognizant, and the domain is ETL, DW, cloud(AWS).

My question is, ZS is giving a great package compared to what I have in Cognizant (Above 100% hike), and Cognizant is ready to retain me by giving somewhere 50%-60% hike. Will ZS be a good choice for me to switch? In terms of growth, technologies, work, pay. Or should I accept what cognizant is giving and get retained?
