I have three salary accounts—two of which don’t have working net banking, so I requested statements via email. One bank sent a PDF, and the other sent an RPT file. I converted the RPT to PDF, but the BGV team didn’t accept it. However, they took the original RPT file from the bank's email and said they’ll verify it on their end. What will happen nextdoes anyone have any idea I am very worried !
