Which platform would you recommend for a CRM when it comes to effectively and efficiently marketing your value proposition, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics?

(Context: we have an ongoing issue where a sales person will eagerly be coming up with half-baked solutions for a prospective client, and it always feels like a cluster F when they want to know what resources, budget, and time we need in order to execute said service - which they thought of in the first place!)

The president of the company, the original owner, the financial money partner, the third party manager? Everyone seems to have a voice, but the main contact is the underling gathering and offering their own opinion, which strangely seems to be the most on point. How do you handle this type of situation?
