Current they are saying they can’t match barclays offer . Should i push hr?How much should i ask.Role :Business Analyst and yoe: 8+. Fyi in Barclays i have joining in oct 2025 i.e immediate after my LWD however in hsbc joining is in Jan 2026 due to headcount constraints. Apart from monitory which company should I choose?
