Im interviewing for role in the NYC office and I was told they're in the office 4 days a week. Any idea how flexible the hours we are required to be in are? Basically can I coffee badge or leave during lunch?

What exactly is well being subsidy ? Is it yearly or one time? What can you get reimbursed for?

Just wanted to share a tip for all of those who are looking to connect with former employees - there is a filter function at Linkedin which allows you to do so (and you can combine that with the filter on location - then you can almost always find at least 2-3 people you can reach out to and ask about the firm and practice group you are thinking of lateralling).

Returned from maternity leave, I was offered a Revenue Operations Project Manager. I was given a 4% raise (next to nothing), I was asked to sign the paperwork upon my return which was strange. On day 1, got to know almost 4% raise was given to the entire company as compensation adjustment due to inflammation. The manager left the company within 4 days of my joining and now I’m stuck with the sad pay and a hefty job. Not sure what I should be doing?
