If not clear from promotion process speak to your up line.
- have you done a review of the area / processes / systems across the business?
- what’s the objective of the business over the next 6-12 months and beyond?
* if scaling what’s potentially holding you back from exploding (in a good way!)
- are you managing staff? Do you actually know what they all do. I’ve always found it useful to liaise regularly with your team / people / mangers
- this about the connection across teams - do finance know what sales are doing and vice versa.

Hi! I think it depends on the org and priorities. Have you been in this group for long? Or are you new? I’d focus on relationships and understanding the field. What are the pain points? What works? What’s inefficient? Once you understand these nuances - I think you’d be in a good spot for laying out your proposals. Also if you have a team - delegate, delegate, support.
