Feel like audit scheduling is always done on a knifes edge in that the timeline and staff schedules are enough so that if everyone works 60 hour weeks and no issues are identified then it can be filed on time. But even small things that increase the work can wildly throw off the schedule and cause hours to skyrocket for the staff on the job. No real point here, just ranting.

What is the impact on rating and overall, if I have got all snapshots good but for one snapshot its like at level for 4 parameters and 1 parameter partially demonstrated at level and have got a development action on that. Can you please advise on what will be the repurcussions and how to deal with this situation as the CRT are round the corners. Thanks in advance!PwC

Does really Collaboration work or it's just a myth. Always hearing from Offshore manager is that take more ownership like from offshore we should be working 80% and only 20% will leave for onshore because of time difference..

Is it really a collaboration or simply a cold War between offshore and onshore ownership..

How unprofessional is it to accept an offer and back out before your start date?

Think about this for a minute... why would you sell a book? Because you didn't want it anymore or it was beyond its useful life, kinda like an old car... it's old, rusty and needs more maintainence than it provides useful transportation, it's in the repair shop more often... everytime it goes in you find something else wrong with it? Plus, the prices the buyers are willing to pay are outrageous, by the time you get it paid off it's in the junk yard. No easy solution to building a sustainable business except hard, persistent work. Looking to buy from retiring advisor in Indianapolis.

I’m currently a wire house FA who received assets from a retiree. I likely have 4 years before I’d be able to move my book of business, but I definitely want to move to an Indy channel. When should I start these discussions with other firms/business owners and are there benefits to merging with an existing practice at that time?
