If I am searching for an external audit position as a senior associate in public accounting particularly in the healthcare industry what is a competitive wage? My manager says they will retain me by providing the same offer what I got in Infosys, i have put my resignation and my manager is calling me on weekly basis and saying that he is talking with senior leadership. Will TCS retain me? Suggestions please. I heard TCS has stopped allocating funds for retaintion is that true?
