Any ideas how EY comp compares to Deloitte?
Hi Fishes
I want to share very bad experience I had at Mastercard
I was given offer by Mastercard in month of Dec The hike was less but looking at brand & other perks I accepted the offer & was looking forward to joining them.I got few offers & I went back to them for sole purpose of renegotiating CTC, to have a industry standard hike. They didn't reverted back for 2-3 days & just dropped a mail that they are revoking initial offer as well on grounds that they didn't like i gave other interview

USI Insurance brokerage and consulting - thoughts? A recruiter reached out to me via linked in and I was wondering if anyone had any opinions on this company. They seem to have decent reviews on Glassdoor but I was hoping to get more insight into workload and comp. Thanks in advance! USI

Do not work at USAA. It is all call center based and they pay the lowest in the industry
What company are you with? I recently left Geico bc I felt like they were the lowest paying.
I'm an injury adjuster at usaa. Been with usaa for 6 months, Im at $75k. Benefits are great but it feels like a call center and they micromanage the phones. It's a team environment, no file ownership.
Hey all,
I did 27 years at USAA. Right now I have 3 other expatriates on my team at Hoccheim. We are looking for another injury adjuster. Full time remote work. NOT a call center. Very laid back small company that is member owned and older than USAA. Message me or apply at HPFM.com
I don't currently work there but I know someone who is a BI adjuster.
As everywhere else, big caseload, low morale.
Very call heavy. They have days where they aren't allowed to aux out or make outgoing calls and I believe they are also handling total loss claims as well.
They have been there for 10+ years and hasnt hit $70k base yet.
Yea some people just prefer the comfort I guess. Well I’m looking too so lmk If you find something good. Lol
