Fishbowl is a sad place where the vast majority only come to complain. You’re worth so much more than your salary - there’s nothing stopping someone from posting a made up salary trajectory either. Take stock of the good things in your life and use that as the thing to show your value.
I’d rather enjoy what I do than work some soul sucking job just for money. Money after a certain point will not make you any happier.
Not everyone needs to be at the same level at the same age. People are all on different tracks. You may consider yourself behind now, but in 5 years you might be higher then others.
Fingers crossed. I'd be embarrassed if this was the finish line.
That’s good. We’re here for facts, not feelings
Facts 🤣🤣🤣
Satisfaction/gratitude/contentedness come from within.
You can simultaneously be proud of with you've done so far AND have ambitions to go farther. I'd seriously dedicate time to developing that mindset.
Doesn’t help you feel what?
Feel better about myself and what I've achieved so far.

Tbh, it would be said commentary on you as a person if you were coming here to see how little others make to feel good about yourself.
This is helpful to know what's out there, see other trajectories, and get motivation to ask for and move to the places that will value you appropriately.
Op, this is mild compared to Blind…. I can’t tell you how to feel but I challenge you to change your perspective and use it as motivation.
Then don’t come here?
Then don't read or comment on my post if you don't like what I'm saying. Goes both ways
You can make enough to be top 1%, and be unhappy or happy. You can be at poverty and both be unhappy or happy. Do you do define yourself with the ability to buy monetary things, or do you define yourself with pursuing a purpose in life. If the latter, pursuing your purpose in life comes with a few factors.
The first, you can start by educating yourself become a lifelong learner, try to do things that the normal masses don’t do. Take a shot and maybe trying to get a new certification, or start a passion project.
The second, is maintain a set a relationships with people in your life that make you happy, motivate you, or are high achievers themselves or are where you’d like to be. By association you are going to get to where they are by learning life lessons from those relationships, you can’t be lazy in this realm.
